Javi Gracia was the first manager to be sacked in 2019. He was the former coach of Watford who spent 594 days with the club. He left on the 7th of September 2019, and he was succeeded by Quique Flores. After his dismissal, there was no recorded managerial casualty until recently.

Mauricio Pochettino is gone (Tottenham former coach)
Unai Emere is gone. (Arsenal former coach) Who is next?
These two managers were sacked towards the end of November due to their poor performance with the clubs they handled. Pochettino did well last season by taking the club to the finals of the champions league and holding a good position in the league, but this year seems different and he was unable to stabilize the club to retain their winning spirit.

Jose Mourinho succeeded him a few weeks ago and has won his three matches on a streak using the same players. That got me a little confused. Why was Tottenham not consistent when Pochettino was with them? Maybe Jose Mourinho has special tactics he is using on the boys.
As for Arsenal, they are still searching for a proper replacement, as Freddie Ljungberg remains the interim coach till further notice. The 2-2 draw played with Norwich City on Sunday under the management of Ljungberg was a thing to worry about, as everyone expected a victory.

Manchester United is also in a poor run in the premier league, with a record they’ve not had since 1992. The much-needed match they needed to win to move up a little on the table ended in a draw. The match played on Sunday with Crystal palace puts solskjaer in more pressure. No one expected a draw from him. Manchester United has the poorest record in the premier league this season judging from where they used to be, and where they are. If any coach will be sacked in the premier league this December, I think Solkjear should be the next. Despite the huge spending, there is no outstanding improvement in the club.

Ed woodward is keeping mute for a reason not clear to us. I’m sure that time will reveal whatever, he is concealing about allowing solskjaer to remain as the manager while others are taking actions. If he cannot start winning matches, It’s time for him to join the casualties, and stop pulling, Manchester backward.
