Time and time again, Christian Eriksen has been left out of Inter coach Antonio Conte's favorites. This has sparked speculation about the Danish national team player's future in the Italian big club.
But according to Claus Hansen, who is chairman of Christian Eriksen's childhood club, Middelfart Boldklub, one can easily forget all speculation about a possible change. He says that Eriksen is happy to be at Inter despite the lack of playing time.
He is a very intelligent player. He has not been given the right opportunities at Inter, but he is happy to be at Inter. He is happy with his teammates.
Claus Hansen also believes that Christian Eriksen is too good to sit on the bench.
I do not know Conte or the reasons for his decisions, but a player like Christian Eriksen must play. We all know his qualities. Christian will play in the Inter jersey. It is an excellent team and he likes the Inter environment, it sounds from the Middelfart chairman.
Christian Eriksen has since his arrival at Inter played 35 matches for the club.
