Anyone playing Splinterlands guilds will have experienced coming up against the powerful Quora Towershead and not many have lived to tell the tale. The Splinterlands Earth Gladius card boasts an 11 health, a 2 magic attack and a 2 melee attack at level 1. Not only that but the monster has the heal ability as well. To top it all off she also has (like every other Gladius card) the bloodlust ability so if she knocks out any enemy monster then she becomes pretty much invincible.
She has a 3 speed as well which is not to be sniffed at. And this is only at level 1.
When a player comes up against Quora Towershead in battle there is a good chance they will lose. If they have that little pain in the arse Goblin Psychic behind her she is even more perilous.
"This one card can obliterate an entire field when she gets going."
"It is madness coming up with a card like this." claimed a seasonal Splinterlands player.
Guilds are scampering to ban this card rather than Llama , Kitty or Yodin such is her power. We spoke to Max who has come up against opponents with Quora in 5 of his guild battles.
"Played 5 lost 5 because those bastard guild enemies had Quora, I would swear they transfer her around to fight the battles at different times."
"She made mincemeat out of Glum and Grund."
" Once they were eliminated it was open season on the rest of my deck. Heal, melee then magic. I was getting knocked out in record time and bloodlust kept increasing."
"My last little flying Pelacour has no chance against a 7 magic and 7 melee and she was still on 13 health. She truly is the best card in the game."
She is probably the most powerful fictional character in the known world. Even Thanos from The Avengers had a weakness. Quora is just a bad bitch with no known flaws.
A recent shock poll actually found that Quora was more dangerous than Thanos from the Avengers.
When quizzing Splinterlands HQ around the sheer power of the card which is sweeping through the guild battles they were very hesitant to answer the question.
"We needed a superstar" claimed one source in HQ.
"A Michael Jordan, A Tiger Woods, A Messi. Rexy had his day so now we have a Quora."
Another source reckoned Quora was only meant to have a melee attack but some developer forgot to carry the 1 and she ended up being loaded with magic attack as well.
"Guilds are a Quora bloodbath at the moment until someone finds a way to defeat her."
We spoke to Larry who just pulled Quora in a pack.
"I am organising a Twitch party tonight and everyone is invited. I cannot believe I have pulled a Quora with my guild rewards. I am so excited for the future. Feel my wrath and bow down to me."
"Things are looking up for Larry" laughs Larry who speaks about himself in the 3rd person all the time.
Guilds are strategizing how best too deal with the Earth Gladius card and it will remain to be seen how best to defeat her. But for now Quora is the big cheese and the Queen of the castle. It can only be downhill from here.
