I just successfully did first withdraw to my STEEM account, as screenshot below bears witness to it:
There was no delay and no fee. But I had to wait until I reach a balance of at least 1 STEEM in order to avoid the 0.01 STEEM fee. 0.02 STEEM is the minimum one can withdraw.
There are other ways to earn STEEM through this website but I haven't try any of these yet. Complete surveys, watch videos, complete offers, and of course, invite friends:
