Can people unfamiliar with Ruby still help promote this to the Ruby Community? Where do they live what sector of the IT economy do Ruby people work under? I learned about ruby because of you, and I mean, dunno how useful it was for me to learn ABOUT ruby but it can't help for me to go promote Ruby for smart people in developing countries?
