What is happening with steem ????

In January 2019 bitcoin price was 3k USD. In September's first week bitcoin price was 10k USD. Now Bitcoin price is 8k USD.
In January 2019 steem price was .25 USD. and now steem price is .13USD .
When the rate of bitcoin falls, the rate of steem also falls, but when the rate of bitcoin increases, the rate of steem also falls.
What is doing steemit team ?
