I'm happy to share the planner I created initially for myself to better organize my days.
It's a printable template (A5 format), which you can use to plan your tasks, write notes and track your meals, glasses of drank water and exercises.
In the past, I tried many different apps, but pen & paper always worked the best for me. Hope the planner will be helpful for you too!

Zapraszam do zapoznania się z planerem, który początkowo stworzyłam na własne potrzeby, by lepiej organizować swoje dni.
Jest to szablon do druku (format A5), który można wykorzystać do dodawania zadań, krótkiej notatki, a także śledzenia posiłków, wypitej wody czy aktywności fizycznej.
Sama próbowałam wielu różnych aplikacji do tego celu, ale wersja papierowa zawsze była dla mnie najbardziej efektywna. Mam nadzieję, że szablon okaże się pomocny także dla Was!

Papier na mnie też dużo lepiej działa. W wersji elektronicznej zawsze można coś wymazać, zmienić itp., skasować itd., a papier jest po prostu bardziej trwały i można kartkę nosić ze sobą, skreślać, dopisywać i wbrew pozorom jest to dużo wygodniejsze na tego typu dzienne notatki. Fajny "planer" do druku
