Yes, i am also really excited to see the changes, and we have to understand one thing and that is, this change will not reflect in outer world means, every change is background one, so when it comes to the Front End we will going to get the same user interface.
And most importantly we have to see towards the changes, and Resource Credits is most vital aspect, and every Dapps will be empowered with the Account Creation, so for sure future of Steem Economy is really excited.

Can you explain the Dust Votes in aspect of Hardfork 20?
You need to keep in mind that low upvote will not be pay, it is like sand in the desert.
In my opinion it's an setback for the for small stake holders. 🙂
