what are requirements to withdraw steem power into steem ?

Hello experts in steem it right now i can see steem power but do not know how to convert steem power in to steem coin please any one explain it briefly and give me some votes too thanks

I think you have to hold on to your steam power for for 2 years before you can convert them to steam dollars.

omg are you sure there is no other way if we invest and buy more steem power is it possible to withdaw ?
