You get your tokens instantly as you play each hand of blackjack or roll the dice. You can easily see the tokens being deposited through the keychain extension. I hope more DApps adopt this model, it’s truly something special!
Edit: on the kryptogamers site they added a note that says tokens will be distributed daily for now and instantly in the future. I think there was an issue with too many transactions via Steem-engine and they are working to resolve it.
Your numbers in the dashboard will update instantly and you will receive your tokens once per day, for the time being :)
