Nice word-salad... but in the end the raw goods of Steemit is content. What we are still in is an initial circle jerk of investors and believers, but the future is only in ... can Steemit supply the content people want. Competing platforms are probably on its way as we speak and if they do a better job, steemit is history.

Yep i get you. The upcoming competition work on models to incentivize quality like yours for instance. Steemit has a model to incentivize quality content but it is still evolving. With constant talks and experiments, i believe we'll get to a satisfactory state with time. Hopefully, that time is really soon!
