I noticed the same thing with @randowhale paying out less overall after HF19, but as you say using randowhale is still a net positive.
Can you recommend how to get started using whaleshares? I want to test the waters with a few cryptos and BTS is something i want to start with, and it is closely related to (fuels) whaleshares if i understand correctly.
Do you have any links to articles for newbs to bitshares/whaleshares?
