First, a big thank you to @steem-hodler and @news-today for this gift. When we found out, we were nervous and excited all rolled into one. We have one week to do the best to shower appreciation on mothers, not only from our community but throughout Steemiverse. Excited because our unsung heroes can get a little extra love coming into #newsteem. We got about 7500 SP delegated to our community account! Yay!

We are a community of Mamas connected via Steemit and Discord and we support one another across the globe in this journey called life. Motherhood is special and at the same time is something that you should not do alone! We believe that people along the same walk of life can help and enrich your life tremendously when shared.
To make sure that we make the most out of this delegation for this short time, we have decided that we will be curating along the following lines.
- First and foremost we will be looking for posts related to motherhood and parenting. Please share your experiences, passions, discoveries, memories...etc.
- Children, education and STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, Maths) related.
- The @needleworkmonday and @freewrite community
- Family and family finances or personal finance
- Steem Fest 4 related posts
- General positive and inspiring posts
How are we going to do this?
- Currently all our voting is automated on Steemauto and we have just disabled that. Both @crosheille and myself will be manually curating for the duration of the delegation.
- I have sponsored some rewards in our @steemitmamas discord server to reward our Mamas to help find good content to curate
- All selected posts will receive a 50%-100% vote from the @steemitmamas account and its trail votes daily
- We will be posting daily reports on the voting and also feature some of the posts that have been selected
- 5 votes will be reserved specially for our Steemitmamas discord members
What do we need from you!?
- Your awesome posts! It can be in the form of blogs or vlogs.
- Use the tag @steemitmamas so that we can find you easily. By the way this a requirement to receive a vote from us!
