Ohhhh the bread @fionasfavourites, it looks simply amazing. So fluffy and ready for butter, lol Your history with cabbage made me chuckle. I find it interesting the way our palate definitely has a few scars from our childhood!!! (my scar would have to be liver! Still won't touch it as an adult, lol) You persevered through it though, that red cabbage with apples, combined with chile sauce, perfect! Definitely something I'll be trying. Wonderful share, your writing makes me smile :)
I never thought of adding chilli sauce. Now there's a thought.
