When to trust a scientist

How do you know when to trust a scientist or doctor after they publish or say something that goes against the mainstream lies?

I made this a month or so again and now I just want to say that the evils are soooo crafty, that they now have controlled opposition that they go after to make them seem legit, but they are really controlled opposition.

I believe Dr. Judy is just that
