Hello dear Steemians,

Today I wanted to present you my new work that I decided to do on Saturday with my acrylic paints, but before to do that we had to buy some yellow color, that finished already a week ago.

I usually use primary colors to create the others like green from yellow and orange and red from yellow as well as violet from red and blue. Then the colors have the same pigment as the result of the mix that has harmony between them.

When I was thinking about the subject there was many thoughts about the subject, I like to use acrylic paint for sky and sun also to create clouds and of course I have sky then it should be a boat I saw recently the picture of sailing boat with beautiful reflection so I thought to do it but having sunset I thought to create a harmony of sky and sails and chosen red color for it. Also I decided to do wooden boat that in my opinion match better to sails.

So here it is, hope you like it.

I love the red sail and the reflection at the sea looks so beautiful dear Stef:)

Hi George and thank you for viewing, I also love red color and it looks great as reflection, especially during nice clear sunny day. I think recently I made a pause working on seascape that I really love. I have an oil painting that I planned to do last year but in our kitchen where I usually use Oil paints due to better ventilation it is very cold in winter. So hope in Spring I will finish it. I love the topic of that painting and really hope that it will come out nicely. The plan is to decorate our living room once it is ready :)

I think that spring will be also very inspiring to work on seascapes:) Hope the plan comes to fruition soon:)Have a nice week Stef:)

A peaceful, idyllic view with lots of beautiful contrasting colours 😊

Thank you @fleur for your nice words, I love to have contrasts on paintings especially acrylic paints are the best for that but it is a bit struggle as they dry so quickly :)

I like it @stef1, it is once again very nicely done :)
