What cheerful photos! That was a welcome sight. It's been very gloomy around here the last week or so too. I went out to take pictures with my new camera and they all came out drab and boring. I thought it was the camera until I realized it was just the weather. I should go dig up some flower pictures too...

I haven't taken a single photo all week! I am beginning to forget what the Sun looks like. Tomorrow the temperature is supposed to start out being 47 degrees and drop down to 16 by night. Winter. Bah humbug!

Hi @melinda010100. I love your pictures of the beautiful flowers. What application did you use to frame the pictures? I was always hesitant to post my pictures because I thought I had to make an actual blog with 250 words or less about the pictures.
Some blogging groups tell you that you must write lots of words. Some contest entries only require one photo. eSteem suggests a 50 word minimum with your photo. I believe it is up to each person to post whatever they want!
I used Pixlr to edit most of these.
ok, @melinda010100. thanks for the information. I have noticed that some groups do have different requirements for their contests. I try to adhere to each to qualify. I haven't used Pixlr before. I'll give it a try if it's free to use.

We have been getting rain all day that is supposed to change to snow overnight. Not far north of here it has been all snow and they are getting buried.
