will there be a listing of the coin on any exchanges or how will this be looked at? Will this be voted on by the nodes as well if there is an expense needed?
is there a website and where is the wallet to download? or webwallet?

We're looking into exchange listing and yes there can be proposals to fund the listings if they cost money which they usually do. Website is not complete but you can check it out on swiftcash.org and you can download the wallets from our github. There should be a link from the website too.
