Al momento de comenzar a trabajar en el área de la salud, es importante siempre tener en cuenta que a nuestro al rededor existirán más personal profesional, esto muchas veces suele ser lo más genial del mundo pero en otras ocasiones se puede convertir en un verdadero reto.
When starting to work in the health area, it is important to always keep in mind that there will be more professional staff around us, this is often the coolest thing in the world but on other occasions it can become a real challenge.
En esta oportunidad les hablaré sobre mi experiencia personal dentro del área quirúrgica y como es trabajar en equipo.

En el instante de convertirnos en profesionales de la salud debemos tener muy en claro que siempre debe existir la comunicación para así de esta manera poder llevar un intercambio de ideas, el objetivo final siempre será mejorar la calidad de vida y de salud del paciente.
At the moment of becoming health professionals we must be very clear that communication must always exist in order to carry out an exchange of ideas, the final objective will always be to improve the quality of life and health of the patient.
Cuando toqué por primera un quirófano, pude lograr observar el gran trabajo en equipo que se realiza al momento de la operación.
When I first touched an operating room, I was able to observe the great teamwork that takes place at the time of the operation.
Cada personal debe de cumplir su función con ética y conocimientos basados en sus estudios, la idea de trabajar en equipo implica el compartir esos conocimientos con dos objetivos principales; uno de ellos sería para realizar alguna modificación que se requiera al momento de la operación y el otro objetivo es con el fin de llevar un rol de docente.
Each staff must fulfill their role with ethics and knowledge based on their studies, the idea of teamwork implies sharing this knowledge with two main objectives; one of them would be to carry out any modification that is required at the time of the operation and the other objective is in order to carry out a teaching role.
Dentro del quirófano es importante llevar un orden y coordinación para que así de esta manera la intervención quirúrgica termine lo más pronto posible bajo el protocolo establecido dentro de cada hospital, además gracias a esto se pueden evitar accidentes o malos entendidos.
Within the operating room it is important to keep an order and coordination so that in this way the surgical intervention ends as soon as possible under the protocol established within each hospital, in addition, thanks to this, accidents or misunderstandings can be avoided.
Cuando me tocó instrumentar por primera vez, el personal que se encontraba dentro del quirófano fue muy amable y amigable, me ayudaron con respecto a cualquier duda que llegué a presentar en el momento guiándome a través de sus estudios y conocimientos.
When I had to instrument for the first time, the staff that was inside the operating room was very kind and friendly, they helped me with any questions that I came to present at the time, guiding me through their studies and knowledge.
Así mismo pude crear lazos de amistad con diferente personal del área como las enfermeras y enfermeros, los médicos cirujanos y anestesiólogos, los residentes que se encontraban en ese momento de guardia y el personal encargado de limpiar el quirófano.
Likewise, I was able to create bonds of friendship with different personnel in the area such as nurses, surgeons and anesthesiologists, residents who were on duty at that time and the personnel in charge of cleaning the operating room.
El área quirúrgica desde mi punto de vista es uno de los servicios más bonitos, con un equipo de trabajo bien diversificado y enfocado en donde cada uno de los participantes desean potenciar sus habilidades y fortalezas con el fin de trabajar por un mismo propósito el cual es la salud de nuestro paciente.
The surgical area from my point of view is one of the most beautiful services, with a well diversified and focused work team where each of the participants want to enhance their skills and strengths in order to work for the same purpose which is the health of our patient.
