One of the things I share with my best friend is anime. We both have become fans of Demon Slayer, and since his birthday just occurred, I painted him like an old Japanese art in his version of a Hashira lol. This is a Geo Hashira I created based on him.

After working on body dimensions separately, I finally created a pose for this demon slayer holding a long katana on his shoulder while on a semi defensive pose.
Después de trabajar en las dimensiones del cuerpo por separado, finalmente creé una pose para este asesino de demonios sosteniendo una larga katana en su hombro mientras estaba en una pose semi defensiva.

The color palette I chose was from brown to yellow with small touches of purple and green. I think those colors represent geo element quite well. Purple helped me create shadows and I only used green for small details. The Nichirin sword is of a bright intense yellow as well with red kanjis in its base.
I wrote the Kanji for Hashira, and the word Mi-ko-ro using hiranaga. This is the name of this character which is also connected to my friend's name.
La paleta de colores que elegí fue de marrón a amarillo con pequeños toques de violeta y verde. Creo que esos colores representan bastante bien el elemento geográfico. El púrpura me ayudó a crear sombras y solo usé verde para pequeños detalles. La espada Nichirin también es de un amarillo intenso brillante con kanjis rojos en su base.
Escribí el Kanji para Hashira y la palabra Mi-ko-ro usando hiranaga. Este es el nombre de este personaje que también está relacionado con el nombre de mi amigo.
This is the final result. I still have a lot to learn in terms of texture, dimensions, and light, but I believe I managed to give it a Japanese painting look. It was fun to make this present for my friend on his birthday. He certainly loved it as a Demon Slayer Fan!
