Beaches are undoubtedly one of the most magical and peaceful places in the world. That's why when I had the opportunity to travel to the beach with my boyfriend and some friends for Easter, I didn't hesitate for a second✨. This is why today I bring you the details of my trip to Tucacas and its beautiful beaches for Semana Santa 2022 Part 1‼️ let's get started!

On Wednesday my boyfriend told me that we would be leaving the next day (Thursday) to Tucacas, to spend 4 days and 3 nights with our friends in the cabin of one of them, along with their families (a total of 15 people). That's how Thursday arrives, we wake up at 4am to have everything ready and start the trip early, to reach our destination in the shortest time possible. My boyfriend and I went in his best friend's van and our other friends in their own cars.

After 3 hours (approximately) of travel, where I spent most of the time asleep hahaha, we made our first stop on the road, arriving to Tucacas, in an area that is known as "Las Palmeras", for its beautiful and characteristic view, which is full of palm trees and a beautiful beach landscape (I will be leaving you some pictures taken by me, and others taken by a friend with his Dron).

At our stop we took some pictures, and our friend Jon took some shots from the Heights with his drone, for his Instagram page, as he is an amazing photographer. When we were all ready, we resumed our trip, until we arrived at the cabin, where we settled in and unpacked our things. The place was really comfortable and beautiful, with a pool in the common area.

That first day we settled in, spent time with each other, chatting, playing games, hanging out in the pool and recharging our batteries for our next day's outing, which would be an afternoon at Cayo Playa Azul.

In the evening, we all went to bed early. The next day the women took care of the early breakfast, while the men did the missing shopping and packed the bags, drinks and food in the van where we would be transferred. Once we were ready, we went to the port where the peñeros were leaving for our destination. We divided into 2 groups, each one of us in a peñero.

The day was a bit cloudy due to the rainy weather, but even so, when we arrived at the beach we found that it was still full of people. It took us a while to find a place where we could find our bearings, but in the end we did.

We had an incredible day, from 9:30 am until 4 pm. We ate hamburgers, bathed in the beach, played pin pong and had fun with friends and family.

That day we didn't take that many pictures of our time at the beach, I still share with you some❤️

Once our day was over, we went back to our home, on the way back we found a small crab hidden in the rocky area, we took a few pictures and returned it to the sea. Here I show you:

When we got home, we bathed and changed, had dinner and got ready to go to a pool party that was being held at a nearby venue, where we danced, drank and enjoyed ourselves until 2 am, then we slept and prepared for the next day, where we would go to Cayo Sombrero and Cayo Los Juanes❤️. But that will be left for the 2nd part of the story of my Easter 2022 vacation.... So stay tuned, see you in the next post‼️
