Paso 1 / Step 1
Lo primero que hice fue dibujar los ojos a partir de dos círculos, luego con ayuda de la pluma dibuje una “X” simulando el estado de muerto o asesinado. Y luego le añadí color y degradados circular.

Paso 2 / Step 2
Lo segundo que hice, fue dibujar una boca abierta con la lengua afuera, todo esto a mano alzada con la herramienta pluma, dibujándola a mano alzada. Y luego le añadí color y degradados.
The second thing I did, was to draw an open mouth with the tongue out, all this freehand with the pen tool, drawing it freehand. And then I added color and gradients.

Paso 3 / Step 3
Con ayuda de la herramienta círculo dibuje el cuerpo, y luego le aplique el efecto de emborronar, estableciendo algunos valores como se aprecia en la imagen. Distorsionando de esta manera los bordes del círculo consiguiendo esa textura de piel de peluche semejante a cabello.
With the help of the circle tool draw the body, and then apply the smudge effect, setting some values as shown in the image. Distorting in this way the edges of the circle getting that texture of plush fur similar to hair.
