En el mundo gerencial apuntando siempre al mejoramiento, rendimiento, productividad en el medio donde se desenvuelva, se enfoca en el desarrollo del Recurso Humano que habita una organización.
Una organización inteligente es aquella que posee información y conocimiento, está informada, es perceptiva y clara, así lo define Peter M. Senge en su obra La Quinta Disciplina, en ella describe que el conocimiento viene a ser el pilar fundamental para ser competitivos, y adaptarse a los cambios con mayor rapidez.
En esta visión, se deja ver que las viejas organizaciones jerárquicas y dictatoriales deben ser reemplazadas por las organizaciones inteligentes. Se tratan de sistemas auto-organizados, basados en el mercado, y que se gobiernan a sí mismos, al asumir este modelo se verán beneficiadas porque se tomaría en cuenta el potencial de los empleados que al verse atendidos, con libertad de opinar, de dar estrategias para mejorar sistemas o procesos, se diera el compromiso de forma natural y por ende los resultados serían mayor productividad.
Es un modelo donde se pone de manifiesto que el personal que labora debe ser atendido y entendido como seres humanos, que cada uno es un mundo de posibilidades en cuanto a aportes de ideas y como resultado mejoraría hasta la comunicación desde el punto de vista jerárquico.

Dentro de las características que presenta la organización inteligente el Recurso Humano siempre va a estar motivado, dispuesto a seguir preparándose, a trabajar en equipo, y por supuesto que en el trabajo en equipo debe existir valores personales que deben ser demostrados al ritmo de valores organizacionales. Debe existir coherencia para que fluyan los objetivos trazados por la organización. Esto aunado a todos los cambios que surgen desde el punto de vista de vida de las organizaciones, como cambios en la dinámica de la sociedad.

In the managerial world, always aiming at improvement, performance, productivity in the environment where it is developed, it focuses on the development of the Human Resource that inhabits an organization.
An intelligent organisation is one that possesses information and knowledge, is informed, perceptive and clear, as defined by Peter M. Senge in his work The Fifth Discipline, in which he describes that knowledge becomes the fundamental pillar to be competitive, and adapt to changes more quickly.
In this vision, it is clear that the old hierarchical and dictatorial organisations must be replaced by intelligent organisations. These are self-organised, market-based, self-governing systems that will benefit from taking on this model because it will take into account the potential of employees who, when they are cared for, are free to give their opinions, to give strategies to improve systems or processes, will be engaged naturally and therefore the results will be higher productivity.
It is a model where it is made clear that the staff must be cared for and understood as human beings, that everyone is a world of possibilities in terms of contributing ideas and as a result even communication would improve from the hierarchical point of view.

Excelente información. Lo cierto es que una organización es tan inteligente como lo son sus miembros. Incluso se podría decir que tan inteligente como sus miembros menos inteligentes.
