Este fin de semana he tenido el privilegio de visitar este genuino establecimiento situado en el municipio gaditano de Jimena de la Frontera. Una antigua posada restaurada situada en el Conjunto Histórico Artístico de Jimena y propuesta como edificio histórico para su protección por ser un símbolo de la arquitectura tradicional del entorno.
This weekend I had the privilege of visiting this genuine establishment located in the town of Jimena de la Frontera in Cadiz. An old restored inn located in the Historic-Artistic Site of Jimena and proposed as a historic building for protection as a symbol of the traditional architecture of the environment.
En este edificio se combinan a la perfección la esencia original de la cultura regional y sus valores arquitectónicos, con las comodidades y la calidad de un entorno reformado y acondicionado para la paz y la tranquilidad.

A través de su entrada principal accedemos a un hermoso patio lleno de plantas, con un pozo en su interior. Es todo un placer desayunar en ese lugar con encanto y disfrutar de estas vistas desde las habitaciones orientadas al mismo.
Through its main entrance we access a beautiful courtyard full of plants, with a well inside. It is a pleasure to have breakfast in this charming place and enjoy these views from the rooms facing it.
Los huéspedes de esta posada pueden disponer del uso de la cocina si así lo solicitan, a la cual no le falta detalle y posee una decoración muy típica. Yo en esta ocasión he preferido degustar la gastronomía típica del pueblo, sobre todo mi debilidad, los platos elaborados con setas.
The guests of this inn can have the use of the kitchen if they request it, which does not lack detail and has a very typical decoration. On this occasion I have preferred to taste the typical gastronomy of the village, especially my weakness, the dishes made with mushrooms.
En el centro del edificio nos encontramos con un luminoso patio con un pozo artificial. Las dos plantas de las instalaciones se benefician de la luz y las macetas que lo rodean también.
