¡Un saludo a la comunidad! Es mi primera publicación en esta linda comunidad lo cual me pone ansiosa, está vez quiero hablarles de mi pequeña amiga Snider (si, es hembra) también conocida como Snider Alejandra.
Greetings to the community! This is my first post in this nice community which makes me anxious, this time I want to tell you about my little friend Snider (yes, she is female) also known as Snider Alejandra.

Snider es una pequeña conejita, tiene tres meses de edad y fue un regalo de San Valentín de mi novio. La primera vez que la ví era más pequeña, tenía un mes de vida y era muy tímida, no caminaba mucho y casi todo el día se la pasaba escondida en un rincón de la casa en donde nadie podría verla, eso sí, comía bastante, cuando me veía comer se acercaba a mí o de quien sea que estuviera comiendo.
Sus primeras semanas le dábamos de comer hojas de lechuga y fruta, no tenía ni idea de que me regalarían a una coneja, pensaba que sería un gato o un perro, por lo que, Snider fue una verdadera sorpresa. Su nombre fue dado por mi novio y yo estuve de acuerdo, me parecía muy bonito aunque no sé si era de chico o chica, pero me pareció lindo llamarla así.

Snider is a little bunny, she is three months old and was a Valentine's Day gift from my boyfriend. The first time I saw her she was smaller, she was one month old and very shy, she didn't walk much and most of the day she was hiding in a corner of the house where no one could see her, she ate a lot, when she saw me eating she came closer to me or whoever she was eating from.
Her first weeks we fed her lettuce leaves and fruit, I had no idea I would get a doe, I thought it would be a cat or a dog, so Snider was a real surprise. Her name was given to me by my boyfriend and I agreed, I thought it was very cute although I don't know if it was a boy's or a girl's name, but I thought it was cute to call her that.

Estaba muy nerviosa al principio porque tendría en mi responsabilidad a un animalito tan pequeño y delicado, en un principio pensé que sería difícil poder tenerla y asegurarme que no se enferme o le pase algo que pueda herirla, pero con un poquito de esfuerzo pudimos darle a Snider un hogar.
Cuando llegó dormía en mi cuarto y tenía que limpiarlo muy seguido porque hacía mucho desastre, pero luego de unos días pudimos adquirir una jaula en donde duerme por las noches y también le compramos una comida especial para conejos y así tener un mejor alimentación. Sin embargo, de vez en cuando le damos lechuga u otras hojas para que de vez en cuando pueda comer algo diferente.

I was very nervous at first because I would be responsible for such a small and delicate animal, at first I thought it would be difficult to keep her and make sure she doesn't get sick or something happens to her that could hurt her, but with a little effort we were able to give Snider a home.
When she first arrived she slept in my room and I had to clean it very often because she made such a mess, but after a few days we were able to get her a cage where she sleeps at night and we also bought her a special food for rabbits so she could have a better diet. However, from time to time we give him lettuce or other leaves so that he can eat something different from time to time.

El primer mes de Snider paso muy rápido, creció sin darnos cuenta, ya que de un día a otro estaba más grande y más y con eso también creció su seguridad, exploraba la casa, se dirigía a las habitaciones y a la cocina (tenía que estar muy pendientes de donde pisábamos), pero al menos estaba mucho más interesada en salir y eso nos ponía muy felices.
Mi familia también logró encariñarse con ella, es muy tierna y de vez en cuando nos saca algunas risas por cosas que hace como pararse en dos patas y correr. Actualmente Snider es más activa, corre por la casa y le dimos un espacio al lado de mi casa para que pueda estar libre, disfruta de comer y que la acaricien, es una coneja un poco mimada en ese aspecto.

Snider's first month went by very fast, she grew up without us noticing, since from one day to the next she was bigger and bigger and with that also her confidence grew, she explored the house, she went to the rooms and the kitchen (she had to be very aware of where we were stepping), but at least she was much more interested in going out and that made us very happy.
My family also managed to get attached to her, she is very tender and from time to time she gives us a few laughs for things she does like standing on two legs and running. Nowadays Snider is more active, she runs around the house and we gave her a space next to my house so she can be free, she enjoys eating and being petted, she is a bit spoiled in that aspect.

Estamos atenta a cortarles las uñas que las tiene muy largas y suele rasguñar mucho, pero también estamos atentos a llevarla pronto al veterinario y darle ácido fólico que es bueno para su pelaje. Ahora está bastante grande a pesar de que tiene 3 meses de vida. Mi abuela siempre cuando la ve pregunta que cuando le presentaremos otro conejo, pero por ahora no tenemos pensado buscarle un conejo, pero por ahora, siempre estamos atentos a Snider para que no se sienta sola mientras le buscamos otra compañera o compañero.
Hace poco mi novio nos envió una foto de los padres de Snider, su mamá es una coneja negra igual que Snider y su papá es un conejo blanco con manchas grises en su pelaje. Ambos son muy grandes y se veían muy lindos.

We are attentive to cut her nails which are very long and she tends to scratch a lot, but we are also attentive to take her to the vet soon and give her folic acid which is good for her coat. She is now quite big even though she is 3 months old. My grandmother always asks when we will introduce her to another rabbit, but for now we don't plan to find her a rabbit, but for now, we always keep an eye on Snider so she doesn't feel lonely while we look for another companion.
Recently my boyfriend sent us a picture of Snider's parents, his mom is a black doe just like Snider and his dad is a white rabbit with gray spots on his fur. They are both very big and looked very cute.
