Estas piezas llamadas barrotes, van colocadas en unos carros llamados porta barrotes utilizados en los hornos de secado de pellas en planta de pellas de Sidor, una empresa de Venezuela. En vista de la situación que tenemos en nuestro país estos productos anteriormente se importaban Y hoy día se ven en la obligación de elaborarlos. La planta de pellas genera materia prima para la acería y con este se hacen muchos productos para la industria nacional. A continuación el paso a paso para la creación de esta pieza.
These pieces called bars are placed in carts called bar holders used in the pellet drying kilns at the Sidor pellet plant, a company in Venezuela. Cómo les he explicado en post anteriores, lo primero que se debe hacer son los moldes de las piezas.
As I have explained in previous posts, the first thing to do is the molds of the pieces.
Paso 1: se prepara la arena con resina y catalizador, se agrega a la caja de los moldes de los barrotes, se tiene varios elementos que forman parte de la pieza, Marcos de cabilla y mazarotas para crear los orificios de alimentación. Se llena al tope.
Step 1: the sand is prepared with resin and catalyst, it is added to the box of the bar molds, there are several elements that are part of the piece, rod frames and risers to create the feeding holes. It fills to the top.
Paso 2: se desmoldea y se verifica que no tengan desperfectos. Se procede a colocar pintura a cada molde.
Step 2: it is removed from the mold and it is verified that there are no defects. Paint is placed on each mold.
Paso 3: se precalientan los moldes antes de montar uno sobre de otro, luego se colocan en una caja para su seguridad.
Step 3: The molds are preheated before mounting one on top of the other, then placed in a box for your safety.
Paso 4: se debe montar uno sobre otro hasta completar la caja y asegurarse que estén bien apretados para dejar la caja lista para recibir el acero líquido.

Paso 5: vaciado de acero líquido a la caja de moldes.
Step 5: pouring liquid steel into the mold box.
Paso 6: proceso de desmoldeo de las piezas terminadas, eliminando toda la arena y se descubre el acero solidificado.

Paso 7: corte y acondicionamiento final en acabado.
