Como bien sabemos el deporte o el ejercicio físico es muy importante para nuestra salud, pero como hoy en día la sociedad o los niño solo se basan en ver comiquitas me propuse a inscribirlos a un equipo de Fútbol 🥳

Mi hijo es fanático a la pelota , cualquier pelota siempre y cuando el esté brincando es feliz 🤭, cuando le comenté a su hermano sobre inscribirlo en fútbol el también se emocionó mucho y como decirle que no, es muy importante que desde pequeño tengan pasión por un deporte o por el deporte.

El primer día que los lleve a práctica tenían un juego amistoso con sus compañeros y el equipo contrario.
Por cierto quedaron camiones, cómo es la primera vez para ellos, pues fueron probando los poco a poco para ver su rendimiento

Después del juego hablé con el entrenador y me informo que solo tendrían práctica martes jueves y sábado.
Aunque no hubo práctica nos quedamos en la cancha practicando para que fueran aprendiendo y no perdieran el momento de aprender.

A parte del juego está la diversión y hacer y enseñarle al niño la importancia del juego pero sobre todo la diversión de jugar y el compañerismo , no solo es juego es vivir y compartir en la cancha.

El deporte es una actividad física y mental para los niños ya que le aplica disciplina y un buen aporte de aprendizaje y salud al ser humano y es muy importante desde pequeño prácticar algún deporte para nuestra Salud y Bienestar.

Desde pequeño mi pasión es el fútbol siempre me identifique con ese deporte y hasta el día de hoy aún lo sigo prácticando y qué bonito enseñarle eso a mís hijos 💞
