Greetings hivers, it's me again and once again I come to talk about the Halo series, specifically the chapter 3, I do it as a review with spoilers, but well if you want it could even be a discussion, so if you dare to discuss about it in the comments I wouldn't mind at all, so without further ado, here's I put what has happened in conjunction with my views.
Saludos hivers, soy yo de nuevo y una vez más vengo a hablar de la serie de Halo, específicamente del capítulo 3, lo hago a modo de reseña con spoilers, pero bien si desean podría ser incluso una discusión, así que si se animan a discutir sobre la misma en los comentarios no me importaría en lo absoluto, así que sin más preámbulos, acá dejo lo que ha pasado en conjunto con mis puntos de vista.
At the beginning of the episode we have a kind of prologue as an anthology just after the summary of the previous chapter, what we see seems to be the past of the enigmatic human woman who serves the Covenant, apparently she has something in particular that the Covenant was looking for during It's been a long time, but what exactly that is is not yet known, but apparently it has to do with the strange artifact that is in the hands of Dr. Halsey and the UNSC.
The mystery of the mysterious rock apparently remains a mystery, but it is something that does not seem so important, I mean that the series tries to make it look like something very important, but as a viewer many of us cannot feel that, in fact From my point of view, many other things are more important to me, such as the war itself, characters such as the Master Chief himself and the Spartans, Dr. Halsey, Cortana who is technically speaking a newborn, the Coventant leaders, etc. , but as a fan of the franchise, I know that it must have something to do with what most of us fans know as "Halo" within this universe, so I know the importance, but nevertheless it is not something that catches me, maybe it's my fault for knowing what it is about beforehand lol.
Al empezar el episodio tenemos una especie de prólogo a modo de antología justo depués del resumen del capítulo anterior, lo que vemos parece ser el pasado de la enigmática mujer humana que sirve al Covenant, al parecer tiene algo en especial que el Covenant estuvo buscando durante un buen tiempo, pero no se sabe con exactitud aún qué es exactamente eso, pero al parecer tiene que ver con el artefacto extraño que está en manos de la Dra. Halsey y la UNSC.
El misterio de la misteriosa roca al parecer sigue siendo un misterio, pero es algo que no parece tan importante, me refiero a que la serie trata de hacerlo ver como algo muy importante, pero como expetador muchos de nosotros no logramos sentir eso, de hecho, desde mi punto de vista muchas otras cosas se me hacen más importantes como la guerra en sí, los personajes como el mismo Master Chief y los Spartan, la Dra. Halsey, Cortana que está recién nacida técnicamente hablando, los líderes del Coventant, etc, pero como fan de la franquicia, sé que debe tener algo que ver con lo que la mayoría de los fans conocemos como "Halo" dentro de este universo, así que sé la importancia, pero sin embargo no es algo que me atrape, quizás es mi culpa por saber de qué se trata de antemano jajaja.
Anyway, at least now we have Cortana, our beloved and charismatic A.I., whose origin is finally recreated in the series, although not 100% faithful to the origin that we know through the video game franchise, which makes me think. what is the canon origin of Cortana, although it might not matter since the difference is minimal, her cruel origin seems somewhat hilarious to me, Dr. Halsey has no mercy on a clone that even possesses her same memories and the clone did not refuse in no moment to what was in store for her for the next few hours, Dr. Halsey is the least scrupulous character I've seen on the "good side", not only in Halo but in almost every series and movie I've seen, I'll try to think of a less scrupulous character than her in the meantime xd.
I do not want to talk about Kwan Ha, it seems to me the least interesting part of the plot, I only know that he will probably go looking for volunteers to rise up against the UNSC without thinking at any time about the repercussions that said action will have due to the conflict that exists between the human race and the Covenant, I guess the way he thinks is due to the fact that he is still young and that in a certain way he is still grieving the death of his father, but it seems too irresponsible of Soren to play along since he's supposed to be a responsible adult with a wife and son, maybe he's just follow playing along to teach Kwan Ha a life lesson? we'll see.
En fin, por lo menos ahora tenemos a Cortana, nuestra querida y carismática I.A., cuyo origen por fin es recreado en la serie, aunque no 100% fiel al origen que conocemos a travéz de la franquicia de videojuegos, lo que me pone a pensar cual es el origen canon de Cortana, aunque podría no importar ya que la diferencia es mínima, su origen cruel me parece algo hilarante, la Dra. Halsey no tiene piedad de un clon que posee incluso sus mismos recuerdos y el clon no se negó en ningún momento a lo que le deparaba durante las siguientes horas, la Dra. Halsey es el personaje con menos escrúpulos que he visto en el "bando de los buenos", no sólo en Halo sino en casi todas las series y películas que he visto, trataré de pensar en un personaje menos escrupuloso que ella mientras tanto xd.
No quisiera hablar de Kwan Ha, me parece la parte menos interesante de la trama, sólo sé que probablemente se irá a buscar voluntarios para levantarse contra la UNSC sin pensar en ningún momento en las repercusiones que tendrá dicha acción debido al conflicto que existe entre la raza humana y el Covenant, supongo que la manera de pensar que tiene se debe a que aún es joven y que en cierta manera sigue en duelo por la muerte de su padre, pero me parece demasiado irresponsable de parte de Soren seguirle el juego ya que se supone que es un adulto responsable con esposa e hijo, quizás sólo le sigue el juego para darle una lección de vida a Kwan Ha? ya veremos.
Apparently John-117 is very uncomfortable with the presence of Cortana, the fact that he has to have her with himself all the time, that she is always like, let's say "active", that she seems to have a will of her own and even ¿feelings? , I don't know if John will notice, but Cortana is shown in a scene with her feelings expressions, in a way it's hilarious since she's an A.I., but at the same time she manages to make me feel sorry haha, anyway, John dislikes at the point that he inadvertently ends up bullying her, something that is also a bit uncomfortable to see, but I guess that's what it's about hahaha.
Finally, not even with 50 beacons would the Mater Chief have resisted ripping them off, in the midst of a fit of curiosity he decides that it is time to have "feelings" and this only so that the mysterious rock can better unleash the memories that do ¿he remember?, with the help of Cortana and Halsey's secret authorization, she helps to removes the beacon and he begins to experience the world like never before, or maybe like before, only he doesn't remember it, all so that Halsey can get better results by studying and analyzing the rock when John touches it and thus embark on another trip to another area of space with more mysteries :v.
Al parecer a John-117 le incomoda mucho la presencia de Cortana, el hecho de que la debe tener con él mismo todo el tiempo, de que siempre esté como, digamos "activa", de que pareciera tener voluntad propia e incluso hasta ¿sentimientos?, no sé si John lo notará, pero eso da a demostrar Cortana en una secuencia con sus expresiones, en cierta manera es hilarante ya que es una I.A., pero y al mismo tiempo logra dar lástima jaja, en fin, a John le desagrada al punto que sin querer le termina haciendo bullyng a ella, algo que también es un poco incómodo de ver, pero supongo que de eso se trata jajaja.
Por último, ni con 50 balizas el Mater Chief se hubiese resistido arrancárselas, en medio de un ataque de curiosidad decide que ya es hora de tener "sentimientos" y esto sólo para que la miestriosa roca pueda desatar de mejor manera los recuerdos que ¿recuerda?, con ayuda de Cortana y autorización secreta de Halsey se quita la baliza y empieza a experimentar el mundo como nunca antes, o talvez como antes, sólo que no lo recuerda, todo para que Halsey pueda obtener mejores resultados al estar estudiando y analizando la roca cuando John la toca y así embarcarse en otro viaje a otra zona del espacio con más misterios :v.

En fin, creo que está resultando en algo que no está atrapando el interés de los fans, pero talvez sí les sea interesante a las personas que no saben nada de la franquicia o a los que saben las cosas a medias, yo en particular aún espero que me llene de interés y ansiedad esperar otro capítulo, pero siento que poco a poco lo pierdo, no voy a admitir que hay cosas relativamente "nuevas" o que no todos sabíamos, pero al final los que seguimos la franquicia sabemos hacia donde se dirige todo, quizás sí quizás no, quien sabe si seguirán con la historia original, aunque de ser así, igualmente no me lo perdería por el cariño que le tengo a la franqucia, así que amigos, este ha sido todo el post en esta ocasión, espero que estén dispuestos a dar su opinión para discutir al respecto, como siempre no olviden dejar su delicioso votoy @sutkyo se despido, que tengan una excelente semana.
