En mi caso, invierto en criptomonedas por lo que necesito conocer al detalle qué significa cada movimiento y en qué consiste una vela japonesa alcista y una vela japonesa bajista.

In my case, I invest in cryptocurrencies so I need to know in detail what each movement means and what a bullish Japanese candle and a bearish Japanese candle consist of.
Cuando hablamos de una vela japonesa alcista significa que tiene una la apertura en un precio determinado y ese valor crece hasta finalizar en el cierre.
A partir de ese cierre, comenzará una nueva vela.
Sin embargo, si hablamos de una vela japonesa bajista significa que el cierre y la apertura es al contrario que una vela alcista (como podéis ver en la imagen).
Normalmente, con el fin de que sea más visual, las velas alcistas suelen ser de color verde y las bajistas de color rojo, pero esto no es algo que sea por regla general.
El cuadrado sombreado de un color u otro se le llama cuerpo de la vela y a las líneas tanto superior como inferior que salen de ese cuerpo se les llama sombras.
Esas líneas dibujan el movimiento del precio en un periodo determinado de tiempo hasta que se establece el de cierre.
En la vela japonesa verde (o blanca) el precio de cierre es superior al precio de apertura, es decir, el precio se ha incrementado durante este periodo y si la vela japonesa es roja (o negra), el precio de cierre es inferior al precio de apertura por lo que el valor ha caído en este periodo.
¿Qué significan estas velas en el trading?
Reflejan la puja de los precios del mercado sobre un determinado activo financiero.
¿Qué sucede si la vela no tiene cuerpo? En este caso, se demuestra que hay una gran inestabilidad y que los inversores están indecisos. Por ello, las sombras serán largas pero no habrá subida ni bajada de valor. Se quedará igual. A eso se les denomina vela martillo.

We talk about a bullish Japanese candle it means that it has an opening at a certain price and that value grows until it ends at the close.

Normally, in order to be more visual, bullish candles are usually green and bearish ones are red, but this is not something that is a general rule.
The shaded square of one color or another is called the body of the candle and the upper and lower lines that come out of that body are called shadows.
Those lines draw the price movement in a certain period of time until the closing is established.
In the green (or white) Japanese candle the closing price is higher than the opening price, that is, the price has increased during this period and if the Japanese candle is red (or black), the closing price is lower than the opening price. opening price so the value has fallen in this period.
What do these candles mean in trading?
They reflect the bidding of market prices on a certain financial asset.
What if the candle has no body? In this case, it is shown that there is great instability and that investors are undecided. Therefore, the shadows will be long but there will be no rise or fall in value. It will stay the same. This is called a hammer candle.
