No way .....
Breads, muffins, bagels, pancakes, biscuits/scones
• Breakfast cereals, oats
• Rice, Grains of any kind
• Pasta, pizza base
• High starch veges like potato, yam, sweet potato, corn
• High sugar fruits including bananas and tropical fruits – some would say ALL fruits
• Whole food sweeteners such as honey, maple syrup, dehydrated cane juice, coconut sugar (we’ve already taken out the processed sugars, haven’t we?)

I think I would slit my wrists !! And I eat pretty healthy as it is... what about wine and whiskey? Are they acceptable. I imagine white wine NOT.

Keto is therapeutic if you need it but I can't imagine anybody would want to needlessly limit themselves if they were already healthy. And you, ya lucky bugger, seem to be already robustly healthy.

Whiskey has no carbs. A glass of a dry wine a day could be fitted into the plan.

Thanks Debs ... I am having a hardtack free January so only drink wine at present ... but l am already looking forward to a Laphroaig on ice {grin}

The month is half way over already, so nearly there!
