Fresh Hot Chillies these days are so unbelievably high-priced I can't understand why. I've even seen one priced @ 1000 philippine peso per kilo (around $20). In our neighborhood, chillies grew everywhere. Neighbors only need to ask for some from the owners, others don't even bother and will just pick some everytime they need one.
Chillies are considered magical plants because of its many healing properties. It even claims to fight obesity.
I am about to find out if indeed it helps trigger your metabolism. I've been taking one piece with water everyday. Just swallow it up like a capsule.
Hope it brings wonders on my insides later on.
