I tried to upload a 5 3 minute video - 105 mb - 4 hours ago...'encoding, blah blah...
I re-uploaded it - 2 hours ago.....
Still not published. Still encoding....
It does make it very difficult for content creating...

it runs like a pig sometimes doesn't it? - hope they get it sorted
