I have been here a month ago! There is a beautiful district around this tower. It is full of caffes, bars and restaurants. I think, Galata district is a center of Istanbul's night life.
Yes exactly. Galata is very famous and attractive area. You can start from Taksim and go on along wirh İstiklal road and finally reach Galata Tower.

Nice shots. I was there today too. It was very crowded and Tower's around was full of visitors. You must be early at there.
You are right. If you want to visit tower you must be there early. But I am interested in walking from Şişhane along Galata Tower to reach Galata Bridge. This is my favorite route of walking.
