Serkan Reçber, TRT Spor'da yayınlanan Stadyum programından ayrılıp, Fikret ORMAN aracılığıyla Beşiktaş Altyapı Sorumlusu olarak işe başladı. Daha sonra ise transferlerde görüş ayrılığı oluştu. 1 ay kadar işini mdevam ettirdi ve ayrılma kararı aldı

"Transferdeki görüş atrılığı nedeniyle faydalı olamayacağımı düşündüğüm için görevimden ayrıldım. Bana kimse git demedi."

Sevgili Beşiktaşlılar,
Ülkemizin en köklü kulübü Beşiktaş ailesinin bir üyesi olmanın haklı gururunu taşıyorum. Kısa bir süre önce başladığım görevimde bu camiaya hizmet edebilmek adına elimden gelen tüm gayreti büyük bir keyifle gösterdim. Beşiktaş’ımızın geleceğe daha emin adımlarla ilerlemesi için oluşturulan futbol altyapı çalışmalarının bir parçası oldum.
Geçirdiğim kısa sürede güzel işler yapmaya çalıştım. Büyük bir gururla sürdürdüğüm görevimden bugün itibarıyla ayrılma kararı aldım. Başta Başkanımız olmak üzere bugüne kadar bana destek veren yöneticilere, teknik heyete, geleceğin futbolcu kartallarına ve siz büyük Beşiktaş taraftarına teşekkürlerimi sunuyorum.
