I don't think that Steem will reach 7 USD any time soon. It might take a few years. As of now it is averaging around $1-$2.

STEEM target for me is $14. I call it the Chalice of Wealth:
It might take at least two years to reach therw or maybe it will reach within a year. Crypto is completely unpredictable.
They always surprise! I believe STEEM can hit $4 by mid Dec or so; then trek up towards $14 destination.
