Hello fellow Steemians!
It is my great pleasure to announce the winner of 7 World’s Continents Photo Challenge - African Wednesday. I would like to say huge thank you to all the participants for their great entries. The number of entries yesterday was very good with many high-quality images so it was extremely hard to decide on the winning one. I encourage you to check the entries as they really were all stunning.
You can see all entries and participants in this post: 7 World’s Continents Photo Challenge - African Wednesday week #79 - the absolute winner takes 200 SBD!
Please give a huge shout out to the best ten competitors for taking part in the challenge and sharing their photos and experience with all of us here on Steemit:
It would be great if you can visit their blogs and appreciate their awesome photography skills with some upvotes.
However, the winner is only one and that is for me picture posted by @mibreit-photo with the following entry:
It's been a while, but I finally have some new photos. Here is one, which I took last month while travelling into the Erg Chigaga in Morocco. Erg means "Sea of Sand", which is also the title of this photo here. Standing on one of the highest dunes in the Erg I could see for miles in every direction.
What a great contribution from @mibreit-photo to the photo challenge! I have visited @mibreit-photo blog and upvoted his post called Photographing Morocco - Desert to the Coast. @mibreit-photo amazing entry from Morocco is qualifying for the weekly challenge where it will be competing against the previous and upcoming winners of the week:
@worldcapture Asian Sunday entry:
Bangkok Skyline. This week I want to share a picture with you which I took roughly 24 hours ago on the KingTower in Bangkok during the sunset. It's an absolute stunning view point with a 360 view around Bangkok. Make sure to check it out when ever you are there.
@fotogruppemunich Australian Monday entry:
To enjoy this great view of sydney you just have to go to the harbor bridge. I spent over an hour there to enjoy the view. next to i took some pictures for a time lapse. I exposed the picture for 6 seconds for this effect of the blurred ships.
@axeman Tuesday of Antarctica and World´s Oceans entry:
The Swan. Pretty stunning colorful and calm sunset at Curonian Spit, Lithuania. And wouldn't be so much interesting without the lonely swan slowly approaching to my shooting position :) Quite a perfect model for the set. Enjoy it!
The winner of the weekly challenge will be selected by you based on the dollar value of this post and then entered to a monthly and possibly yearly challenge on the way to win the price of 200 SBD in total. You can give @mibreit-photo your support by upvoting this winner announcement post.
My next challenge is coming shortly: European Thursday. Get your pictures ready! :)
