Have You Ever Experienced a Spanish Tapas??

I am so addicted to tapas.

I'm not quite sure if I am addicted to the alcohol that comes with it, the food, or the ambiance but I freaking love it.

It's easily one of my fave things to do in Madrid, and it's even more fun/exciting in summer nights.

Currently just sitting by this restaurant in the city center, people watching as I enjoy the traditional Spanish Vermouth.. Which brings me to this question,

HAVE You Experienced a traditional Spanish Tapas?

It's probably only popular in Spain, maybe also available in Spanish restaurants in different parts of the world, but whatever instance you experienced it in, it would be great to hear about it.

Different Restaurants / Tapas bars serve different accompaniments which is what makes it all super exciting.
