Catching Fish Off the Coast of Koh Chang, Thailand

Last November I had the pleasure of visiting the island of Koh Chang while in Thailand for @steemfest 4. It was definitely an epic experience. After the week of conferences in Bangkok, a large group of Steemians decided to keep the festivities going by heading to Koh Chang for some island-style fun. On Wednesday, November 13, 2019, the @threespeak team (@starkerz and @theycallmedan) decided to take a bunch of us on a boat trip for a day of fishing and snorkeling in the beautiful waters of Thailand.

We caught a bunch of small fish and enjoyed them for lunch. The fishing guide filleted some fresh to eat sushi-style and the rest were fried. Here's a picture of one of the small fish I caught. It had leopard-like spots. I'm not sure what kind of fish it was, but it sure tasted good.

It seems to me that ocean rockfish are the best for fish tacos. Maybe it doesn't matter what part of the world they come from. Cool looking species right there.
