When you travel through western Canada you stumble upon wild animals quite often.
The important thing is to have your camera or smartphone always ready and to pull a trigger at the right time.
Canadian geese are everywhere.
Whitetail deer is another common species.
The black bear is not easy to find. We were lucky to spot him grazing by the road.

Some family members of mine recently made a trip up Western Canada on their way to Alaska and I was amazed at some of the photos they shared. I never had any idea the natural beauty that exists up there and of course, the incredible amount of wildlife.
