Introduction
Hi everyone! @lizanomadsoul here with the monday edition of the #traveldigest. Another start of the week and for many another day in quarantine! In this times I appreciate even more to read about all the adventures and the great places you inspired me to still maybe visit one day. It is great to see this international community is even stronger helping, being in touch with each other.
Also it's been more than a week since we moved over to Hive, and it's great to see the activity building up again. However, we'd love to see more travel posts so we can curate them.

🥇 My California - Hetch Hetchy to Tuolumne by @derekrichardson
We woke up early at the Crane Flats campground in Yosemite national park. We got our backpacks loaded up and ready to go. We drove out to the Hetch Hetchy reservoir, parked the truck and hiked down to the O'Shaughnessy Dam. This was my first time at Hetch Hetchy and, although it was a bit smokey because of some wildfires in the park, the views across the reservoir to Wapama falls, and down over Poopenaut valley below the reservoir were all amazing and were really getting me excited for the rest of the trip! We started making our way along the trail around the reservoir to the base of Wapama falls, a spectacular 1,080' waterfall!

🥈 The Island with the cutest smile by @betterthanhome
There is an island 18km west of Perth and the australian mainland which is called Rottnest Island, or Noongar Wadjemup how it is originally called by the Aborigines, australias native people. After beeing I gave it a completely different name...The island of the cutest smile. Most people will know by now why I gave it that name, all others will learn it soon.

I'm locked-down here in Chile and there's no good food to eat much staying in, really. Plus+ my cooking skill is not very good so.. Scrolling down my photo album and actually, get me even more hungry for good food and all the delicious goodness the world has to offer. I visited Taiwan in 2018. I spent 3 weeks there and ate a good amount of Taiwanese food. Luckily, I got a local friend there to show me around where to eat and where not too. Ready? Let's dive in!
