Unprecedented measures to prevent the spread of the virus in China.

This should be written separately.
About the unprecedented security measures taken to prevent the virus, and about what excesses it takes in some places on the initiative of the residents themselves, who are also panicking.
In this article I will write about measures that are being taken.
And in the next I’ll write about how local residents organize a “hunt” for Wuhan people under the motto “Find and Hand Over Wuhan”.
And the Chinese themselves are only now beginning to understand that if the Wuhan people whose apartments they are boarding up are “contagious” now, they will not let them go home, if they find them in other cities, watch them, paste red posters on their apartments with a note about that it’s the apartment of Wuhan (yes, that black red mark itself).
That the Chinese themselves in other countries are now becoming the same "Wuhan" for residents of other countries, and they are treated there the same way, respectively.
Yesterday, one girl, living and located in Wuhan, wrote that she did not understand the expression that appeared, "I know Wuhan." That is, she asked what it is and how to understand it?
That is, while she is in Wuhan, she does not even imagine and does not understand that other Wuhan people are now actually caught all over China.
And the expression "I know Wuhan" implies that a person knows Wuhan who lives in such an apartment, or puts a car there, or returned from vacation, and he already reports this to the police.

That is, panic, when it exists, and all these stuffing of fake news, incorrect informing of the population - this is unacceptable.
Throwing it on the news agenda is easy, from jokes and memos to joke-mounted videos.
But stopping all this is already much more difficult.
And the population in villages remains alone with the problem, and there the consequences of what comes to the minds of residents are unpredictable.

In this article, I’ll just say what measures are officially taken at the level of authorities.
1. After the first signs of confusion and panic appeared, the authorities immediately created an official source of news about the spread of the virus, which was launched on WeChat.
For those who don’t know, WeChat is a program on smartphones by the Chinese, in which there are more than one billion Chinese, and which is both a social network, a payment system and a messenger with a huge number of mini-programs and functions. That is, the all-in-one system.
This program was declared official, according to which every day the population receives official information according to the table: how many people fell ill, in which province and which countries, how many died, how many recovered, how many were hospitalized with suspicion, how many were not confirmed.
You can believe it - you can not believe it, but this program is an official source of news from the authorities, on which you can rely.
This makes it possible not to listen to fake panic news on the network,
And on cell phones, if you are not subscribed, this information comes from payment systems.
For example, the data for today.

And another application appeared, where you can enter your location, and find out how many people are in your city, whether there is an increase in the number of infected people.

To compare viruses and epidemics of different years.
Just look at these tables. Draw your own conclusions.

2. All workers in all places are masked, and where there is a particularly large cross and in protective suits.
All employees in medical institutions are in protective suits.
Even the cleaners in the condominiums who come to clean the entrances, those where living Wuhan people are seen and marked, put on protective suits.
Now the question for you is very simple.
It’s where you live right now, it doesn’t matter in which country or city, if such a quarantine suddenly happens, whether ALL employees, employees, police will be dressed in the right protective uniform and ALL will be masked, including residents?
But the entire population still wears masks. And even dogs walk in masks.
You do not find that it is an unprecedented equipment and protection of the population?
I can’t imagine how and where to find such a quantity of uniform, to dress everyone. But around - there are holidays when neither couriers, nor manufacturing factories, nor movers work .....

3. Products are regularly delivered to all stores. There are no interruptions.
Of course, in large cities it is more difficult, because there the population is large.
And also in the same Wuhan the subway and bus service do not work. That is, you can only go to supermarkets by car and taxi.
Of course, people come, pack a lot right away, so as not to drive again.
We have a small population in the area, a jam-packed supermarket and a crowded market. You can watch all the videos in my previous article from our area.

4. The authorities announced the construction of a large hospital in 6 days.
Just in case, if suddenly there is a worse scenario.
Many media have announced that this is a fake.
In order to avoid discrepancies, 24-hour working cameras were put on the construction site right away and online tuning was done so that everyone who came into this camera could see how the building was going on for 24 hours.
I don’t know how in 6 days, but the fact that they are really very quickly building prefabricated prefabricated buildings is beyond doubt.

5. Ferry, air and train services to some destinations are closed to try to prevent the flow of Chinese, including from Wuhan, who are now returning from New Year's holidays.
The fact is that most of them left for the holidays before January 15-20. They might already have been infected, but did not know about it. That is why now, at the end of January, when the 14-day period has already begun, which is considered to be the incubation period (from 7 to 14 days for this virus), you need to track as much as possible those who left then and are returning now.
I can hardly imagine how and who can close messages just like that, put doctors in protective suits at all customs, and track literally everyone.

6. Operation "Find Wuhan."
Here I will tell in more detail in the next article. But briefly, the bottom line is to track all the Wuhan people, who went where and where from - arrived. And for a minute, more than 1 million people left Wuhan for the holidays. With a population of Wuhan 12 million.
Do you think about the numbers !!!

7. As for the localities, each security guard in gaden (this is the name of condominiums in China) was given a heat-sink.
And already that week, each guard measures the temperature for every tenant who enters inside.
Can you imagine how many such thermometers were given to everyone?
In every bastard, in every city.

8. In addition to the previous paragraph, we put small cars on the tracks and medical workers to check the temperature of passing drivers.
At the points of payment (check points) - the same thing.
All cars stop, all drivers and passengers are measured, all buses are driven away, a man in a protective suit comes in, and each passenger measures the temperature.
Everything is fast, but there is still a small traffic jam.

9. Most public places, including many hotels, are closed. Parks, walking streets, museums, cinemas.
But all the major supermarkets and cafe-restaurants work. McDonald's, Starbucks - everything works. At the entrance you can also measure the temperature.
Today my son went to Walmart - everything works, no problem, full of products.
Here we bought steaks and Korean cabbage.

10. Postponed the deadlines for going to work. Not February 1, but February 10.
With salary. If there is a bad scenario, the vacation will be extended again.
They put off access to kindergartens and schools until 15, and now until February 24.
In higher education institutions, the arrival dates of students were postponed until February 24.
That is, they are trying to push the influx of students into China.

If I forget anything, I will remember and write further.
But the measures are really unprecedented.
For everyone who criticizes and doubts such measures, such as “all this is garbage,” just try them on yourself, your district, your clinic, your city - and compare.
And then remember that in China, large cities are from 5 to 30 million people. A city with 1 million people is considered almost a village. Well, certainly, a small town.
And in every city, village - all these measures have been taken everywhere, which I have listed above.
According to the principle "it is better to overstay", compare with "maybe it will carry" and "be that it will be," "you will not leave fate."
That's about it to write and talk more. And not about how China has infected the whole world.
Yes, for those who like to talk about infection, I advise you to pay attention to the low spread of the virus in comparison with other past similar epidemics. See tables above.
