The world is governed by a dynamic structure consisting of the "ruled" and the "rulers", both of which depend on each other to maintain their identity. Thus it is not enough to just avoid being ruled but as important is to not rule over others.

And ultimately, this understanding of the duality in world governance is what separates MES Conspiracy from the mainstream conspiracy denialists and the mainstream conspiracy externalizationists.
