Description
Anyone who has ever played online games has most likely experienced a Filipino gamer. You may have also noticed there is something intrinsically different about Filipinos. Western cultures often embrace independence and seek opportunistic outcomes. Ingrained into the Filipino culture is deep rooted appreciation for community. Filipinos understand the power that can come from what the western culture calls synergy (1+1=3 ). In Tagalog they call this bayanihan. It is basically a clear understanding that I am part of a community and by working together as a community we can achieve a common goal. We welcome you to the inang bayan. TeamPH for the win.
