Звати мене Іван, і я живу у столиці України ( хто не знає – це Київ =)) ), але народився я в іншому дуже гарному та неймовірному місті. Місті троянд, шахт та гарних людей. У місті, чия команда з футболу займає перше місце в українській прем’єр лізі вже 4 роки поспіль. Коротше, я -з ДОНЕЦЬКА.
Hello everyone, I am very glad to join this big and very bright hive. A little bit about myself. My name is Ivan, and I live in the capital of Ukraine (who doesn't know - it is Kyiv =))), but I was born in another very beautiful and incredible city. City of roses, mines and good people. In a city whose football team ranks first in the Ukrainian Premier League for 4 years in a row. To cut a long story short, I'm from DONETSK.
Маю вищу освіту у галузі готельно-ресторанного бізнесу яку і отримав у Донецькому національному університеті ім. Михайла Туган-Барановського. Університет дав мені можливість побувати у містах яких ще не бував, і це відкрило в мені жагу до мандрівок. Після першого курсу я поїхав на практику до Старої Ялти що на Азовському морі. Там, на базі відпочинку «Соняшна» я вперше був на посаді помічника кухаря, де ми готували для таких же студентів як і ми самі. На другому курсі я вже поїхав до Криму, до речі уперше. Цей період був дуже яскравим у моєму житті )) Також наш університет відправляв своїх студентів на практику до Болгарії і на 3 курсі мені випала така можливість (може тому що я був дуже гарним учнем, а може тому що за цю путівку треба було платити =), але я вважаю що перший варіант вірогідніший ). Ось небагато фото з моїх студентських практик.
I have a master's degree of hotel and restaurant business, which I received at Donetsk National University name after Mykhailo Tuhan-Baranovsky. The university gave me the opportunity to visit cities I had never been to before and since than I've been bitten by a travel bug. After the first year of studies I went to practice in Old Yalta on the Sea of Azov. There, at the recreation center "Sunny", we prepared meals for the students as we were and I worked as chef's assistant for the first time. After the second year I went to Crimea, for the first time by the way. This part of my life was very bright and vivid)) Also, our university sent its students for practice to Bulgaria and at the end of the third year I had this opportunity (maybe because I was a very good student, or maybe because I had to pay for this trip =) , but I think the first option is more likely).
Що ж мені подобається??? Полюбляю я багато чого. Люблю мандрівки, коли зустрічаєшся з чимось новим і відкриваєш для себе щось таке… без чого після, вже здається, не можеш жити. Люблю магію ранку, коли на вулиці ще немає людей і все навколо ніби завмерло на мить, сонце освітлює все своїм м’яким промінням. Зі звуків тільки тихий щебет птахів. Але головне для мене у цю мить - повітря, саме зранку воно свіже і по справжньому прекрасне. Люблю приємну втому яку відчуваєш після доброго тренування у залі, або продуктивного робочого дня. Люблю людей і спілкування з ними, тому я завжди і до всіх ставлюся добре (адже мене так навчили батьки, а моїх батьків їх батьки. Так і передаємо добро у спадок). Люблю напружити мізки якоюсь головоломкою, квест кімнатами, настільними іграми, або прочитавши якусь розумну книжку. Із музики мені подобається рок напрямок, мені здається що музиканти цього жанру не просто співають та грають, а вкладають всю душу у своє виконання. Люблю готувати, а також смачно поїсти, взагалі їжі, я виділяю велику частину часу та себе. Ну і звісно я люблю пиво, божественний напій, видів якого велика кількість на будь який колір і смак ) Напій який відмінно поєднується практично зі всією їжею, а може навіть і зі всією, далі побачимо )) Ну і взагалі це не весь перелік що мені подобається, а лише невелика його частина.
What do I like ??? I love a lot. I love traveling, when you find new places and discover something … you know, without what, it seems you can't live any more. I love the magic of the morning, when there are no people on the street and everything around seems to be freezed for a moment, the sun illuminates everything with its soft rays. The only sound is the quiet chirping of birds. But the main thing for me at this moment is the air, in the morning it is incredible and really fresh. I love the pleasant fatigue that you feel after a good workout in the gym, or a productive day at work. I love people and communication with them, so I always treat everyone well (because my parents taught me so. That's how we inherit kindness). I like brains teasers, quest rooms, board games and reading some self-developing book. Talking about music I like the rock direction, it seems to me that musicians of this genre are not just singing and playing, they put their whole soul into their performance. I like delicious food as well as cooking so I dedicate to it the vast part of my time and sole. And of course I love beer, the marvelous drink with many types for every color and taste) A drink that goes well with almost all food, or... maybe even with all, we'll see)) Well, in general, this is not the whole list that I like, just a little part of it.
Що ж я хочу від цього блогу?
- За допомогою своїх дописів перестати соромитися, і не лякатися того що про мене будуть думати люди.
- Покращити знання з української та англійської мов (нагадаю що я з Донецька і все своє життя спілкувався російською мовою, а українською розмовляв лише на уроках укр. мови та літератури. Тому прошу мене пробачити якщо щось не вірно формулюю)
- Однією з невеликих моїх цілей є читати 2 книги на місяць, і за допомогою цього блогу, хочу це контролювати, а саме публікувати есе після прочитання
- Хочу покращити свою навичку у висловлюванні думок письмово.
What do I want from this blog?
- With the help of my posts, to stop being ashamed and not to be afraid of what people will think of me.
- To improve the knowledge of Ukrainian and English languages (I will remind that I am from Donetsk and all my life have been speaking Russian, I used Ukrainian only at lessons of Ukrainian language and literature. Therefore I apologize if I formulate something incorrectly)
- One of my small goals is to read 2 books a month, and with this blog, I want to control it, namely to publish an essay after reading
- I want to improve my writing skills.

So, "what are you going to publish?" you'll ask. I'll publish essays on various cool books, just different stories from my life, degustation of my favorite drink and recipes of yummies that go with beer and other dishes from all over the world (in my interpretation, of course).
