It all happens on the inside first. The more you become familiar and develop a best friend relationship with your Inner Whale, the more that Inner Whale will express itself through you in your life and all your affairs... including all the 'outside' ways that you now dream and yearn for.
Keep at the inner development as you take 'Inner Whale-inspired' action on the outside. I'll be cheering you on. ;)
