Done some more baking today and made some giant pitta bread to make kebab, I had some kebab pieces I got from the shop.
In the frying pan.
I made some dough, white and wholewheat, my wife prefers a healthier option.
I made one pita for her with a large, bun. For my daughter and myself I made a pitta each and a loaf of bread.
I put soya kebab, tomatoes, cucumber, gherkin, avo, spinach leaves and homemade hummus.
First the wholewheat kebab.
And then the mighty white kebab, BOOM!
