We love them - the vegan, faschierte Laberl, as the Austrians say !
Ingredients
- 1 pack of burgers and sausage from Garden Gourmet
(or 100 g soy granules, prepare according to instructions) - 2 rolls, preferably the day before
- 2 egg replacement
- 2 onions
- 3 tbsp marjoram, Caraway seed, salt, pepper
- 3 large cloves of garlic
- approx. 3 tbsp breadcrumbs (breadcrumbs)
- 1 tablespoon of flour plus flour to turn
preparation
Place the rolls in lukewarm water, turn them once and let them soak until they are soft. Then squeeze out firmly with your hands and put in a bowl.
Roughly cut the sausages and burgers or mash them with a fork.
Fry the shredded "meat" in a little oil for a few minutes, then add to the rolls.
Lightly fry the finely chopped onion and the garlic.
Add the onion, garlic and the spices as well as the egg set and stir well.
Add the flour and breadcrumbs, mix well with your hands and leave in the fridge for about 30 minutes.
Form the burger, dip in the flour and brown in the hot oil over medium heat.
For the cucumber salad, peel the cucumbers and cut them into very fine slices, salt the cucumbers a little and let them steep for about 15 minutes.
Squeeze the cucumbers firmly with your hands and put them in a bowl. Marinate the squeezed cucumbers with salt, pepper, sugar, a little squeezed garlic, vinegar and oil and refine with sweet cream.
I wish you good appetite!
please stay healthy!
