Today we are already in the 21st century and I still get people with the same speech, so I feel a particular annoyance, because I do not fully understand if they are stupid or simply have some mental defect that prevents them from understanding the reality of the time in which we live. To a large extent, I also blame the populist political discourse and the cultural roots of easyness, as the problem of 'Creole vivacity' becomes something that already reaches pathological levels.

The electric service has just returned, but it has been intermittently for days, I do not have a day with constant and complete service, there is always a blackout, which can be a few hours or many hours, sometimes reaching one day until the next. Even so, I just put on the radio and there is a National Network, that is, a broadcast by all the open spectrum media in which the Government of the day is dedicated to praising the wonders and great achievements it has had, using State money for the benefit of his political bias ...

It is seriously, in the midst of institutional destruction, the annihilation of public industries, the persecution against private economic initiative, the legal persecution against anyone who denounces acts of corruption or makes union claims or improvements in the quality of life ... In the midst of the disaster they have created, they are celebrating their achievements ... if we count the destruction of a country as an achievement, then they certainly have enough to celebrate.

Fallas eléctricas recurrentes, ya son cosa cotidiana en Venezuela.

Alguna vez Venezuela fue un país que se decía constantemente que era el más rico del mundo, esa afirmación era con la que se educaba a los niños durante generaciones, en buena medida me parece que era una manera de subir el ego y en parte era una cosa de chauvinismo. En realidad puede que fuera que simplemente los que lo decían sin parar estaban pensando en el sentido de la riqueza del medioevo, en donde la abundancia de tierra, esclavos, siervos y recursos de la tierra eran la base de la riqueza, pero olvidaban que ya estaban en el Siglo XX y un país lleno con gente pobre no puede ser considerado rico.

En la actualidad ya estamos en Siglo XXI y aún consigo gente con el mismo discurso, así que siento una particular molestia, pues no entiendo del todo si son estúpidos o simplemente tienen alguna tara mental que les impide entender la realidad del tiempo en que vivimos. En buena medida culpo también el discurso político populista y la raíz cultural del facilismo, como lo que el problema de la 'viveza criolla' se convierte en algo que ya llega a niveles patológicos.

Acaba de regresar el servicio eléctrico, pero ha estado en intermitencia desde hace días, no tengo un día con servicio constante y completo, siempre hay un apagón, que puede ser de unas horas o de muchas horas, llegando en ocasiones a ser de un día hasta el siguiente. Aún así, acabo de poner la radio y hay una Cadena Nacional, es decir, una trasmisión por todos los medios de espectro abierto en que el Gobierno de turno se dedica a ensalzar las maravillas y grandes logros que ha tenido, usando el dinero del Estado en beneficio de su parcialidad política...

Es en serio, en medio de la destrucción institucional, la aniquilación de las industrias públicas, la persecución contra la iniciativa económica privada, la persecución jurídica contra cualquiera que denuncie hechos de corrupción o haga reclamos sindicales o de mejoramiento de la calidad de vida... en medio del desastre que han creado, están celebrando sus logros... si contamos la destrucción de un país como logro, entonces ciertamente tienen bastante para celebrar.
