This video is about how to get subscribers very rapidly on YouTube, but it works for every subscription based social media platform.
Your number of followers doesn't really matter that much here on Hive. What is more important is the number that actively engages with you. In terms of rewards, what matters is how many big accounts have you on autovote. Now and again a big account may come along and actually consume your content, and hand you an upvote in the process, but that's few and far between.
Until such a time when we have mass adoption, with the majority of adoptees curating rather than creating, then the number of followers shall not matter.
Generally speaking though, this video tells of the number 1 thing that causes people to subscribe to a content creator's channel virtually on any platform.

I've watched your video. Those are some erratic examples, but I see your point. Announce interesting content, keep to the schedule. Only present stuff that makes people want to come back for more of that. Nice.
Thank you. It's a formula. It's almost obvious once you consider how it works. It's the same way Netflix (or TV generally) has done it for many years.
I'm going to watch it, but I'll tell your right now... Mass adoption is not planned for hive.
