Yes they call themes steelflagrewards and are downvoting all my content. They seem to bee a clan of over 20 accounts that harass quite a lot of people.
One of them is calling me by a different name like that should be a good reason to vote down my work.
There is proof on the public blockchain you are @lokiyngling and all the other accounts you pretend that are not you that are spamming garbage and bid botting it up.
I am not aware of any, it would also be difficult because one would have to downvote each account. I don't think that would make any sense.
